Registration Fees

Saturday Noon to Sunday at 2:00pm is $50.00

Saturday Noon - 11:00 pm is $35.00

Sunday 11:00am - 2:00pm is $25.00

Registration does not include meals.

There will be a potluck Dinner on Saturday

Please bring something to share.

You are welcome to arrive on Friday May 1 after 3:00pm

and/or stay Sunday May 3 if you are staying onsite.

Camping is at no additional charge and

Cabin beds are at an additional $35.00 per night fee.

Cabin accommodations;

Cabin Accommodations are $35.00 per person per night.

Cabin space is limited and accommodations are shared.

For cabin accommodations you will need to provide your own linens.

There are limited couples accommodations

Our new downhill cabins sleep 4-6 depending on sleeping arrangements.

Let us know if you want to share one of these with friends

Cabins are dorm style and shared.

We will do our best to bunk folks together.

Register early for the better accommodations.
Downhill cabins and Couples rooms have modest kitchenettes

with microwave, hot plate, toasters, and refrigerators.

There are pots, pans, dishes and utensils

Uphill cabins have a nearby communal kitchen that is

well appointed and a shared shower facility.

Camping is Unlimited

$25.00 Per Person for Friday & Saturday

Nearly unlimited space is available for camping

There are several toilets and showers near the dining hall

and porta potties will be available near the campground.
Showers are also available near the Dance Pavilion and Uphill Cabins.

4 men's and 4 women's are available.

If you are bringing an RV
There are no hook-ups, limited level hard surfaces, but there should be room for all.

Offsite accommodations are available in Winchester VA & Romney WV and are about 30-40 minutes away.
